Thank you so much Patty. I was just curious, I had never heard of it. I guess all I had to do was scroll down a bit further and I would have seen it when I first log onto 3FC. It sounds very interesting and something doable. I hope it works out well for you. As for me, I am very happy with my plan and have had much success so far, so I'm gonna stick to it. But thank you again, I'm always interested in knowing and hearing about other peoples' weightloss methods.
