tony little's gissele workout
 

Has anyone used the gissele as a workout????
Found one really cheap want to know if it's a good cardio workout?
What is it compared to,walking,running,sitting on the couch hahaha:^: anything anyone can tell me will be great.

Tony Little makes me want to claw my eyes out, but I really like the concept of the Gazelle itself. If I got one, I'd probably do it in front of the TV watching the Simpsons. Wonder if I'd get as good a workout that way, because no way would I be watching a video with him in it, no offense to people who like him.

I can't agree with you more about tony little,no man should be that happy.He must be unmarried without children.I think he needs to be medicated!!!But I think I'm gonna give the workout a try It's one of the only things I can do besides walk and it's getting a little cold for that.
