Congrats on staying away from the donuts...
What helped you do it??? What was the key? |
At first it was just my water...I just kept re-filling my glass and drinking it. Then, when the temptation got stronger, I told myself that I could have a 5 minute indulgence in a donut or I could have a lifetime of being thin and healthy...which did I want more? It worked, it wasn't easy, but I knew that a donut could set me back 2 days in my efforts and I wasn't willing to go there.
