How to Become More Flexible
Becoming more flexible takes discipline. It is not a difficult training, but it is not easy at the same time. It can be done without any equipments and with little supervision. But, keep in mind to do it gradually and regularly, and to stop when you reach your limit, that is, when pain is felt. The best method to become flexible is by stretching. Start stretching early in the morning three times a week. Do warm-up exercises for 5 to 10 minutes first, then do stretching exercises for 20 to 30 minutes. As you do the stretching, hold it for 20 to 30 seconds, then repeat many times. Do this regularly to increase flexibilty.
