“Dr. Gott’s No Flour, No Sugar Diet” is a helpful diet book written by Dr. Peter Gott. The diet is very simple and practical, and the book explains the diet so it is easy to understand how and why it works.

This Diet Book Will Help You Lose Weight

All you have to do is cut sugar and flour out of your diet. I tried it, and it worked! I have lost 20 pounds in four months just by eliminating refined sugar and processed flour from my diet. I have replaced some of the empty calories I used to eat in foods, such as white bread and white rice, with more nutritious whole grains, like wheat bread and brown rice. I have found that the foods that Dr. Gott recommends in his diet book actually make me feel more satisfied and more energized throughout the day—even though I’m losing weight!

This Diet Book Changes Eating Habits

I admit that I craved carbs and sweets when I first started Dr. Gott’s diet, and I cheated a few times. But after a few weeks of healthier eating, I found snacking on fruit and nuts and other healthy treats much more satisfying (than the refined sugar snacks I was eating habitually before I read Dr. Gott’s book).

“Dr. Gott’s No Flour, No Sugar diet” book has really helped me to get my weight and my health back on track. It has been easy to follow, and I haven’t felt too hungry while losing weight. And I have changed my way of eating for good. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who needs to lose weight.
