Whole Wheat Apple Bread

recipe ingredients
2 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 egg whites
1/4 cup water plus 2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups apples, peeled, cored, chopped

recipe directions
In a large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a medium bowl, combine applesauce, corn syrup sugar, egg whites, vanilla and apples; stir into flour mixture. Divide mixture between two 8 x 4″ bread pans that have been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 – 45 min or until bread tests done. Cool for 10 min on wire racks before removing from pans.
