recipe ingredients
1 can (14 oz) asparagus cuts, drained
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped onions
2 T. finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 T. lowfat mayonnaise
1 T. lime juice
6 drops red pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
dash pepper

recipe directions
Place asparagus in blender. Cover and process til smooth. Mix asparagus and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with lowfat tortilla chips.
