The dressing is quite lemony but it is a very tasty alternative to plain ol’ salad!

This is a great light salad. Great when you’re tired of “lettuce & tomatos0. I left off the onions.

Love this salad. Every time I have someone new to dinner, I serve it. I have to give the recipe to all who taste it. Sometimes I add boiled shrimp to it and serve it as a main course for my husband and me.

A wonderful light, summer salad! I added chopped walnuts and reduced the lemon juice. Also used Splenda. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Loved this salad! I also used splenda instead of sugar and I used a little sesame oil and mixed it in with the Olive Oil…It was very tasty. My fussy boyfriend loved it!! πŸ™‚
