I thought this recipe was very tasty. My fiance is fussy about eating vegetables, but he gobbled this right up! I’ll definitely be making this again.

This was great. My husband doesn’t really like zuccini that well but after he tried it he ate several servings. Grandkids loved it.I love zuccini so this gives me another way to get the family to eat there veggies.

I make these all the time without the Parmesan cheese, and use saltines to coat instead. It makes the zucchini REALLLLLY crunchy.

Do it with green beans as well! ITS AWESOME!!! my favorite dish ever.

The taste of the breadcrumbs was completely overpowering. Scraped the coating off and the zucchini was great!

This was amazing even if you don’t really like vegetables! Great in place of potato wedges.

I really miss having fried foods sometimes. This recipe was wonderful! I will NEVER fry squash again! This is so easy, tastes like fried without having to stand at the stove and tend to it, and it is so much better for you! This is a keeper recipe in our household! I can’t wait to try whole okra like this!
