I was looking for something to make for my family that was low-fat since I have recently joined weight watchers. This was a hit even for the ones that do not have to eat anything in the “low fat” catagory and they did not even know at the time that it was low fat until the table was cleared.

I has made this dinner one night when I had only a half hour before I had to be somewhere. It was so easy. I even used fat free cream instead of the regular to make it less points. I could not taste the difference. I have made a few more times since.
