Garlicky Shrimp and Olives

recipe ingredients
6 ounces fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 cup diced pimento (one 2 ounce jar)
5 pitted ripe olives, halved
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. capers, drained
1 tsp. tomato paste
dash fresh ground black pepper
3 ounces dry pasta such as fusilli

recipe directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and keep warm. Meanwhile, combine sherry, orange juice, pimento, olives, parsley, garlic, capers, tomato paste and black pepper in a medium skillet. Bring to boiling. Add shrimp and cook 2-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat. Combine with cooked pasta to serve.
