Did really well today…

I went to the grocery store and stocked up on lean meats and low carb veges.  Wow I ate good today and felt good!  I prove it to myself each time that my body just doesn’t process the carbs and they make me sick.  I’m proud of myself for eating right and getting about 15 min of exercise in (I plan on doing more before bed, stretches and crunches to help me relax).  I don’t want to weight myself for awhile, would just like to see me back to 222 lb if I did go over.  It’s all downhill from here!!

    Way to get back on the program. I have my fingers crossed that the next time you hop on the scale it will say “221” or lower.
