Well Duh!

That 1800 cal mark still haunts me and I’ve been trying to figure out why I’ve been cutting it so close and “gulp” going over a few times and I finally figured it out.  When I first started couting calories I was eating cutting everything in half.  I’d make a sandwich cut it in half.  Eat 1/2 for lunch and then wait about 2 hrs then eat the other half.  I was tricking myself into thinking I was eating more than I was and the mini meals were a great way to keep the blood sugar in line.  Well, somewhere down the line I started eating the full meal and then a couple of hrs later I’m feeling hungry again.  I’m not sure how this happened, but now that I identified the problem I’m ready to get back in the routine.

I haven’t gained any weight, but I’m not loosing either, so I’m ready to drop some pounds too!
