Friday, I mean Tuesday, 8/4/09

Today is my husband’s birthday.  We made burgers (beef for him, mahi mahi for me).  I overate a bit at dinner, and snacked way too much.  I know better!!!  Oh well.

My calories today say 1835, but I think it could be higher.  I wasn’t very good about measuring.  Anyhoo, we need to do “cake” (a cupcake with a candle in it and a single serve ice cream on the side), but I won’t even be having one bite.

  • Breakfast: Morning O’s and Peanut Butter puffs mixed together with soymilk; DanActive; 2 cappuccinos
  • Snacks:  cherry tomatoes, mini sweet peppers, popcorn, lifesavers, pretzel slims, cherries
  • Lunch:  eggplant parmesan
  • Dinner:  Mahi Mahi Burger on white bun with mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato and 10 tater tots.

    Mahi Mahi burger – MMMMMMMmmmmm that sounds awesome! Where do you get THOSE?!

    I got them from Whole Foods. I’m really sad to report that they weren’t that good. I had high hopes but they were too fishy tasting (apparently its not 100% mahi, there’s filler fish to hold the patty together). Boo. 🙁
