Today was a break from weights with cardio 1 of the program.  I must say that I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.  I was a little nervous in previewing it because the moves are out of my comfort zone.  I don’t like to jog or plyo because it causes my fat to jump up and down…lol.  Ok, I’m really not joking.  That is how I will tell if this format is working for me with less tummy jiggle.  In this workout were suicides which I don’t think I’ve ever done before along with fast feet and other funky cardio moves.  Jillian has you doing each move for one minute in three circuits.  Sometimes the minute seems longer than that on some of these moves such as speedbag.  I do some moves with my eyes closed because some of the participants are not giving it their all.  Maybe because its a beginners workout, but their lack of ump is throwing me off.

Now, I’ve chosen to be in the thick of it with a 90 day program.  I have a few other programs but have never completed one yet.  I have turbo jam, turbo fire, insanity, p90x, brazil butt, slim in 6, slim series, project you…all are 60-90 day programs which I’m considering on my next go around.  I would do a workout or two out of the bunch, but never the whole thing.  What I’m finding is that it takes the guess work out of what to do because its laid out for you.  Which I knew was a benefit, but I don’t know…I guess its just in my head to do it for real now.
