OH MY GOODNESS!  My upper body is VERY sore today.  I realized it when I reached overhead to stretch when I got out of bed this morning.  Today’s workout was weight work with different body focus from yesterday.  There were supermans, butt kicks, bridge, bicep and back work.  My back must be very weak cause I barely got any leverage on the superman move.  I think its a little sadistic that I’m looking forward to a cardio only day.
