August Measurements

Not much of a surprise this month.  This isn’t really after a month because I forgot to do it so it’s been a month and a half.  Still losing some inches but not much on the upper body.  I really need to work my upper body!  Total for the month is 6.75 inches.  Total so far is 25.5 inches.

Oops!  Should have taken measurements about 4 days ago.  Anyway, here they are:


And here’s my totally unprofessional analysis:

Nice loss on the bust, hips, thighs, and midway (which is halfway between the waist and hips) but why aren’t I losing in the waist?  Also, not much going on in the arms which means I’m going to have to start doing some weights or something for them.  Guess that can be my goal for the next month.  Work on waist and arms.  Eleven inches for the month, which I’m thrilled about and 18.75 inches overall!  I’m thinking that left calf must be a mistake.  I must have measured wrong the first time because, otherwise, it doesn’t make sense.  Next month, I’ll correct that number.

Almost forgot that it was time to take monthly measurements.  Here’s the table.


Now, here’s the analysis…  A total of 7.75 inches.  I really don’t know if that’s good or not because I have nothing to compare it to.  What’s normal?  I don’t have a clue.  I think it’s pretty good but that may be wishful thinking.  Interesting trends…hips and legs seem to be the areas of biggest loss.  Probably because I’m running myself ragged on the treadmill or jogging in the pool.  Obviously, it’s going to take some upper body exercises to see any effect on the bust, midriff, arms, and waist.  What’s the deal with that left calf getting bigger???
