11/24 Weekly Health Goals

November 24th, 2008

  • Eat sensibly this Thanksgiving Weekend.
  • Increase speed during runs.
  • Blog when feeling sad / wanting to give up.
  • Run up the hill.

Last Week’s Goals review

  • Try to sleep 7-8 hours STRAIGHT.
  • Clean the apartment whilst burning calories.
  • Start Week 2 for C25K and do ENTIRE run.
  • Do entire plank exercise.
  • No naps. FAIL!
