So I decided to give it a shot lets get back on track and try something new. This is my 60 day’s of Insanity, and after day two…this is really INSANE! I’ll try and keep posted as much as I can, but here are my results for the fitness test Day 1!

Switch Kicks – 80

Power Jacks – 40

Power Knees- 60

Power Jumps – 15

Globe Jumps – 3 (Clearly hate these ones haha)

Suicide Jumps – 15

Pushup Jacks – 15

Low Plank Obliques – 25
