1) Shed lbs make it to onederland and ultimately get down to 180-190 I know that is still high for a person my height but I just cant see myself being below that. I really do like being thick, the trainer said that my weight should be around 140-150 ugh! I dont know about all that

2) Stay active

3) Live to eat watch foods try eating healthier foods

4) tone up

5) Would like to be able to run a mile without stopping

6) Do a hour cycling class(those classes aint no joke)
