Sigh :(

I’m feeling a bit discouraged lately.

My scale is still not moving, and I feel like it should be. I’m working so hard, and not seeing results.

Tonight, work had me so tired and sore that I decided to just skip the exercise tonight. I think I will survive without it. To make up for it, I kept my dinner a bit lighter than usual.

I have to keep myself to keep putting one foot in front of the other and eventually I’ll get to my goal.

Just keep swimming, Just keep swimming….
