13,000 steps is alot of steps!
Well, I am back on track this week and it feels good. I have to get 13,000 steps per day this week. It’s been a challenge. Wednesday was my first day of the week and I didn’t quite get there. Yesterday, however, I hit the nail on the head and had 50 steps to spare. I am off for the next 3 days, so I am hoping that I can get some extra steps. I am hoping that this will be enough to re-start my weight loss. Since I hurt my knee, I haven’t gained any weight, but I haven’t lost any either. That means that I have only lost 1 pound in the entire month of August! YIKES!
On a side note, I finally got a WiiFit! WHOO-HOO! I’m not sure when it will be here, but it’s on its way and I am super excited!
Well, back to the treadmill. I’m gonna work it today!

Congratulations on maintaining your weight! That can be hard to do when you can’t exercise. Let us know how the WiiFit goes – regular Wii is so much fun I thought about getting it too. Have a great day 🙂
