Weigh-In Wednesday

Well, it’s Weigh-In Wednesday!  I got on the scale today and it read 193!  WOOT!  WOOT!

I went and did the whole kickboxing thing yesterday, which was magnificent, though I hurt my knee.  It hurts like crazy today.  I took some ibuprofen and hope it helps.  I’m supposed to get 12, 500 steps starting today and while I am going to try to make it, it’s not looking good.  L  It’s about 2:15pm right now and I only have 2,534 steps.  OMG!

I updated all my “tracking” pages.  I even updated the goal one to include my weigh goals for different trips I plan on taking in the coming weeks.  I think that I have a good hold on this, though I am worried about my steps this week.  I have been doing so well and don’t want to goof up!  Starting today, I need 12,500 steps per day.  There isn’t a whole lot of room for error.  I mean, I can only make up so many over the course of a week and my knee hurts so badly that I’m sure it’s going to be a couple days at least.

The good news is that I am eating well.  I haven’t had anything bad to eat and have been attempting to add steps to my day.  All I can think about is today, I’ll worry about tomorrow then.
