Weigh-In Tomorrow

Weekly weigh-in tomorrow and I’m expecting a gain.  I have eaten under my calories today, but I’ve had a good bit of sodium and I think I should have drank more water.  I did get in my 64 oz. though!  I make myself get that at least per day.  Which is still very good for me, coming from someone that used to probably drink one cup of water a day, if that much.  So, anyway, about my gain.  This past week has just not been motivating for me.  I know I’ll do better though and that everyone goes through slump weeks/days.

Last week, I didn’t get any sleep the night before because I was anxious about my weigh-in.  I really hope I don’t worry too much about it tonight.  That’s pretty annoying.

My classes start tomorrow.  I’m trying to pack healthy snacks and a good healthy lunch.  My classes will last all day…9:30-5:45.  I have two 45 minute breaks and two 15 minute breaks.  I’m just really worried about wanting to snack.  It’s the thing to do when you are passing the time or studying or reading or whatever.

I tried doing 30DS today.  DD woke up from her nap right in the middle.  I knew it was a possibility since it was time for her to, but I went ahead and started it anyway.  And now my wrist hurts.  I’m guessing from doing the pushups.  Anyway, I think I can manage doing 30DS on MWF and then maybe walking around the school on TTH.  However, Sept. 7th, my field experience starts and I will have to come up with a different plan because this girl is NOT getting up at 5 am to look at Jillian Michaels.  But who knows, my priorities may change eventually and I might be the one getting up that early.  I just don’t know how it work out since by the time I’m getting done with the dvd, DH will be getting up to get ready for work and I’ll be getting ready in his way too.  So, I may end up having to do it at night.  I don’t know.  We shall see.
