Going up and I’m tired

The scale has went up the past 2 days….grrr!  So, I’m guessing it’s water retention from my muscle soreness and maybe my sodium intake from yesterday??  Yes, I’m still sore.  It’s not nearly as bad as it was yesterday, but it’s still there.  I’m thinking of attempting the dvd again today to work out the rest.  I should probably go ahead and do it if I’m going to.  It’s ONLY 20 minutes.  However, I just ate lunch.  So, now I’m debating on whether I should wait a little bit or just go ahead and attempt it.  My lunch wasn’t too filling so I don’t think it will bother me too bad.  Guess I should try and see.  I’m just not motivated today.  I feel tired.  So, now I’m worried that I’m not getting enough nutrients since I cut back on what I’m eating.  Could that explain my tiredness?
