I guess I run now

or I’m trying to anyway.


Things I’ve done to lose weight and the stuff I apparently refuse to do…

I’ve tried all the diets. All. Of. Them.

I’ve tried many of the diets 2-5 times.

I’ve juiced, fasted, weight watcher-ed, atkins-ed, low-fat, no fat, shakes and bars, and pills.

I’ve had success and a lot of failure.

I’m on the bad side of failure now.

I thought becoming a vegan would have the weight just flying off of me. I was wrong. But being a vegan isn’t a diet, it’s my life.

So new plan. No gluten until my stomach issues get worked out. Fruits and veggies a plenty. Lots and lots of walking. Whatever happened to running and yoga, anyway?

Back on the wagon, but this time the wagon isn’t on a liquid fast or no-carb track to crazy town. Good food, fresh air, and movement.

Let’s see what happens this time.
