I walked 1.6 miles today which brings my grand total to 5.7! My goal was 2 but the heat was just slaying me. But luckily this weekend I will be hitting up a local fitness trail and I will be sure to hit my 12 mile goal by Sunday. I feel like I am slacking my goals. I thought by now I would be closer to 15. It does make me a little sad but oh well. Will do my best to hit my 12 mile goal this weekend!

I got an amazing custom made one for Christmas and I’ve been using it ever since. I think its one of the best work outs. Every one should give it a shot!
