Going into week three!

Ok, I do see a little progress.

Everytime I see my belly in da mirror I realize I have a long way to go to “get me sexy back, yeah.” I’ve started walking for at least 3x/wk and I feel better and sleep better. I want to incorporate more fresh foods into my diet.  I like soy milk a lot more than I thought I would, which was a pleasant surprise.

So it’s raining in da D today, but in between showers I’ll try to get my walk on.
