Healthy Living Daily Record: 8/20/11

Breakfast: 1 cup strawberry + 1 banana + 1 bowl cereal = 150 + 200

Lunch: 1 bowl rice + 1 bow beef = 250+150

Snack: 1/2 ban bao = 200

Dinner: 1/2 bowl special rice + 1 bowl pourage + 1/2 bowl chicken + 1sweet che = 100 + 100+ 300 +150

Total calories: 1600 calories

The good: Um.. i’m so bad today

THe bad: um.. i didn’t think i ate that much tonight.. but i guess i ate a lot. hm.. oh well. I am tired i’ll sleep now. good night world. brain dead for me.
