Total Calories: 1560


Breakfast: 2 bowl cereal + 1/4 rice = 200 + 300

Lunch: 1 subway chick sandwhich = 450

Dinner: 1 bowl of soup = 600

Snack:1 apple + 2 cup of cherries

Total Calories: 1550

The Good: Discover balance

The Bad: I need catchin up with school work. 🙁  …I’m still trying to learn how to balance.

    No worries — I think that is what we are all trying to learn! I think that is why I have gone to the 4 Square way of eating because I just need something simple and balanced right now. Not sure if it will lead to anything major, but I am hoping that in the end, I will have balance and feel happier! Just keep at it and hopefully both of us will find a way to be more balanced!
