    I am hooked on Bikram yoga. I have been doing it for about 45 days & feel better than ever!

    Bikram yoga rids the body of toxins? Is this due to the heat? I thought only the liver and kidney rid the body of toxins and sweat is mainly a cooling mechanism.

    (If you sweat too much and become dehydrated, you may actually impair your kidney/liver from doing it’s job. Drink up!)
