Pull your lip in and inflate your cheeks. Laugh on only one side of your mouth, then alternate to the other side. Do this five times on each side.
3. Overall Toning
Open your mouth and eyes as wide as you can, stretching your face muscles tight. Hold for 10 seconds, then return to your original position. Rotate your head to the left and repeat this exercise. Rotate your head to the right and repeat this exercise. Do each position five times, alternating between them.
Look straight into a mirror, keeping your head straight. Close your teeth naturally and keep them in that position while pulling your lips back, stretching them all the way back. Hold this position for 10 seconds, then return to your normal position. Do this 10 times in a row.
5. Mouth and Jawline
Open your mouth wide and tilt your head back. Open and close your mouth as if you were chewing. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
Press your fingers near the hairline on your forehead and make small backward circles. Continue rubbing for three to five minutes.
