2. Tucks

Start in the middle of the trampoline and begin jumping as high as you can. Once you become airborne, bring your knees up to your chest and then lower them as you begin to fall back down. Continue to do this exercise for about a minute. This exercise is also good for strengthening the abdominal muscles and the leg muscles.


3. Basic Jog

This is a simple exercise to do on the trampoline. Begin this exercise by alternatively lifting each foot and slowly begin jogging. Bring up each opposite arm as if you are jogging. This exercise will raise your heart rate and provide you with a wonderful aerobic workout.


4. Jumping Jack Bounce

If you are looking for an alternative to the regular jumping jack that is easier on the joints, then try doing a trampoline jumping jack. Begin in the middle of the trampoline and start by bouncing up. Once you are in the air, spread your arms and legs apart as if you are doing a jumping jack. Return back to your starting position before landing.


5. Twist Bounce

While bouncing up and down, start twisting your body from your waist side-to-side. By doing this, you tone the core muscles in your body as well as your leg muscles.
