4 Natural Appetite Suppressants

3. Pickles

The best pickles for appetite suppression are natural organic pickles that can be bought from health food stores or can be prepared at home using small cucumbers. One jar of organic pickles contains less than 100 calories in all. Although most commercial pickles could also suppress appetite, they are loaded with sugar and extra calories that can even cause more weight gain. They also have artificial colors that may be bad for your health.

4. Apples

An apple contains only 100 calories. Apples are not only healthy snacks, but they are also very effective natural suppressants. The fiber in apples, once ingested, swells inside the gastrointestinal tract to give the sensation of fullness. In addition, these same fibers help to eliminate waste materials and toxins that have accumulated in the digestive system, and promote regular bowel movements.
