If you live in a peaceful and family-friendly community with streets that are ideal for walking, then a stroll with your family should be no problem. Live in a city where the only streets are traffic-heavy highways? No problem. You can still drive to the nearest parks or nature reserves where walking can be a fun experience for your children. 2. Ball Games

Playing sports games is another way to get the family to bond together and collectively achieve fitness outdoors. And what better games are there than good old ball games?
