While there is nothing wrong with working with equipment, you don’t need to spend money to get in shape!

1. Jogging/Walking

Yes, jogging or walking is one of the best ways to get a great cardio workout, without using any equipment. All you need is a good set of tennis shoes and you’re off. You can get the best results from your jogging exercise by choosing uphill terrain. You should also push yourself to really feel the burn.

2. Jumping Jacks

Jumping jacks can be a lot of fun. They are also really good for not only cardio, but coordination and stamina as well. Jumping jacks are a great way to get your heart and your lungs pumping. But watch out, it’s more of a great warm up, as it does burn little calories. But, if you want to intensify your workout, then throw some jumping jack in their to mix it up and to keep your heart rate up.

3. Shadow Boxing

5. Stairs Climbing

You don’t need a stair climber machine to go stair climbing. Using the steps that you already have in your home, you can get a great cardio workout without spending any money or really going out of your way at all. Not only is this a great cardio work out, this is a great leg work out.
