The aim of the 1500 calorie diet is for dieters to eat fewer calories per day than their body needs. This aim should lead to weight loss. On the 1500 calorie, you will aim to eat 350 calories at breakfast, 400 calories at lunch, 450 calories at dinner and even a 150 calorie snack. On the 1500 calorie diet, you may need to measure out your foods to help ensure you stay within the recommended calorie suggestions.
