The flexitarian diet is a flexible version of the vegetarian diet. It allows you to still eat meat occasionally. There are 3 levels to this diet which are beginner, advanced and expert. The Levels of Flexitarian
At the beginner level you go two days a week without eating meat, and only consume up to 26 oz. of meat or poultry during the other five days.
At the advanced level you go three to four days a week without eating meat, and only consume up to 18 oz of meat or poultry during the other days.
At the expert level you go five days a week without eating meat, and only consume up to 9 oz of meat or poultry the other two days.
