With your doctor, you will need to come up with a weight loss plan.¬†
Surely part of your weight loss plan will have to include a change in your diet.¬† If you have a binge eating disorder, it needs to be identified and addressed.
The first thing you can do, even before you meet with your doctor, is to start keeping a food journal.¬† This is the easiest way to track any unhealthy eating patterns.
As hard as it may seem, an exercise plan will need to be developed.¬† This doesn’t have to be overwhelming; even small things can add up to a big difference, and you gradually increase your activity as it gets easier.¬† Make a commitment to perform some kind of movement, even if it’s simply walking around the block.
