Bikram Yoga is a type of yoga that was developed by Bikram Choudhury. This type of yoga is also called hot yoga because this is done in a room that is heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit, with a humidity of 40%. The theory is that with the room temperature and the humidity, all of the bad toxins in the body will be released through sweat.
