Increase Cardio

Change it Up

In addition to increasing your cardio time, you should be regularly changing your routine.  If you are going to the gym every week and have reached a plateau in your weight loss or size, despite your effort to keep losing, it’s a good indication that your body has ‘gotten used to’ your routine.
