5. Hard Boiled Egg with Chive and Tomato Cream Cheese

This snack will leave you satisfied and feeling great with all the nutritional benefits it has to offer. What you need is: 4 hard boiled eggs, 1 tomato, 1 to 2 chives and 1/3 of a cup of low fat cream cheese. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and set aside. Using a dicer or knife, cut the tomato into 1/2 inch cubes and slice the chives into tiny bits. Place these ingredients and the cheese into a mixing bowl and mix on medium, just until blended. Spoon some of the cheese mixture onto each egg half. Enjoy!
