How to Make Pumpkin Butter

Storing Pumpkin Butter

Once you have made a batch of pumpkin butter, you will need to store it. Allow it to cool down slightly and then put it into jars. You can refrigerate the jars and this will keep the pumpkin butter fresh for about two weeks.

If you made a large batch, you can put some pumpkin butter into a plastic container and freeze it. You can then defrost it overnight in the refrigerator when needed.
