So, rest of my day.  I need to recap my food just to get my head in check

bowl of Kashi with skim milk (300)
coffee

navy bean soup (250)
yogurt (170)

apple (80)

one piece of bologna (turkey) (90)

green squash and tomatos with dressing (150)
baked salmon (400)

Great right on track.  The bologna was just before dinner and after my workout.  I was starved and I could wait any longer.  I grabbed the first think I saw that was under 100 calories.  :D I think I had an OK day other than I burned my mouth.  Gotta eat slower. 

Tomorrow is weigh in...ugh.  It better be lower.  Or, there is no “or” I’ll just keep on going I guess.
