Great right on track. The bologna was just before dinner and after my workout. I was starved and I could wait any longer. I grabbed the first think I saw that was under 100 calories. :D I think I had an OK day other than I burned my mouth. Gotta eat slower.
Tomorrow is weigh in...ugh. It better be lower. Or, there is no “or” I’ll just keep on going I guess.
