Well this is the big morning for one of our kitty cats. She goes for her surgery today. My son is the biggest pet lover ever. he is 10 years old. He feels the pets, takes them to the vet and even changes the littler box. He is not feeling good right now and asked me last night if he had to take the cat. He is having a hard time taking the cat to be hurt ( as he says). I tried to explain that we are doing what is best and he agrees but doesn’t want to do the droppoing off. So I am going
I was hungry all day. I did stay within my points but for breakfast I had a leftover slice of pizza - 10 points. Actually I could have had more, I wanted more but I stayed with the 1 slice. I snacked then until lunch when I had a salad for 3 points :cool:. Dinner was okay too with a FF hotdog, actually 2) on light bread so supper was only 4 points including my watermelon. Stayed just at my high points for the day, 31.
I’ve been surfing the web trying to find personal journals, photos, info, anything to keep me motivated with my weightloss....I’ve been struggling all year trying to stay on something...I was big on lowcarb for awhile, but finally decided it just wasn’t for me...so I have started counting calories & just trying to quit eating so much! We’ll see what happens....gl to all that are losing & keep it up!
Weighed in at the Y at 256.25. It’s going back down anyway.
Just came back from working out with hubby and my girl. DH feels all sick cuz he worked too hard. He hasn’t worked out in all the years we’ve been together. It’s hilarious. He went in saying, “Oh I’m gonna start by walking five miles. Then I’m going on the elliptical. Then I’m lifting weights.” I laughed at him, the poor dear. He had no idea. Lol. Well now he does. I told him it’s way better to start slow and gradually

Weigh-in was great today!! 156, making 2 pounds since last week. Whoo!! I was expecting 1 pound at the MOST, but I’m happy about it. I’m 2 pounds away from my 10% target, and I reached my 20 pounds for the summer!! 20 and 1/2 to be percise. 15 pounds on Weight Watchers.

Hey all!!!!!! Well - I have had a great day today so far and it is going to stay that way!! I have used 20 points today and have five left!!!! I have not cheated one bit. What i did was count out 25 macaroni noodles and each time i ate a point i took one out of the bag - so i have 5 noodles left in my bag as of right now! My co-workers were making fun of me (i was laughing with them too) - but I don’t care because I will do whatever it takes to get through this weight loss journey!!!!!!!
That’s what my bf say’s. He only say’s it because I complain about how my butt is getting smaller. Its not flat its just getting really small. Everytime I see my best friend she say’s, “your butt is getting smaller.” It’s like that Nelly song about the girl looking in the mirror talking on the phone to her best friend saying “I think my butts getting big.” Only I’m saying, “I think my butts getting smaller.”
OK I walked for 30 minutes today. It was not a fast walk but the treadmill was around 3.3 mph. I wanted music but treadmill is in the office and no CD or tape player in there. What to do? I put on a Richard Simmons tape and walked to that music! I have done the tape so amany times that I was wanting to do the moves as I walked. Not a good idea if you are a cluts like me!:blush:
I am walking indoors on the treadmill being as I have Megan home still. Come September I will be outside
What in the world would I do without you ladies. I would be much more inclined to give up the battle of the bulge. Thanks again for giving me a much needed reality check. I remember that I committed to my plan as a healthy lifestyle. I think I’ve become too obsessed with loss and I’m missing the point. Back to reality I go. Charging ahead once again.
