Skip the airbrushed stuff. Look through the latest gossip magazine or a celebrity website for photos of the stars in their bathing suits. They have flaws too. Before you go beating yourself up over the cellulite on your thighs or the size of your arms, realize that nobody is perfect. If you’re not too keen on looking at pictures of celebrities, take a look around you the next time you’re at the pool or beach. Seriously, nobody is perfect. Give yourself a pedicure in a bright color. Wear a wide brimmed and glamorous beach hat. Do other things that make you feel great and you’ll feel more confident in your bikini overall. Sounds cheesy, but accepting yourself goes a long way in building confidence.
