    Hi,

I used “The Idiot Proof Diet” for one 11-day cycle in January 2005. Followed diet striclty. Felt very good throughtout the 11 days–no noticeable ketosis. It’s the healthiest, most nutritionally balanced diet I’ve ever been on. Loss 20 lbs.–from 164 pounds down to 144 pounds– and have gained back only 2 (two) pounds as of October 2010.
I suggest actually following the diet before condemning it. Eleven days of dietary change isn’t even a long enough time period for poor nutrition to be a realistic worry.

I also tried it and lost 10 pounds and kept it off for two years, I think with the 2nd plan you have a lot more options which include a lot of vegetables and fruit, I didn’t use the generator, it seemed a bit weird, but like the last person said don’t knock it until you have tried it!
