While dealing with cancer will undoubtedly cause fatigue and leave you feeling that exercise is out of the question, cancer exercise is very important to your overall health. How to Get Started With Exercise

The point here is that cancer patients can benefit quite a bit from daily exercise, but do not need to engage in intense or strenuous workouts. Just because you feel fatigued, doesn’t mean you have to sit around all day and not get outside. Make a schedule in a daily planner, and follow a routine with a light exercise that you love. The goal here is to keep up as much activity as possible without wearing yourself down, and without feeling overworked.

Engage in exercise in baby steps, and avoid working out on days where you simply do not feel up for it. Love what you are doing, and get active; there are a number of benefits that may surface, physically and emotionally.
