I have sifted through the numerous weight loss books I've bought throughout the years and decided to do this "lifestyle change." I have tried weight watchers at home kit, a low fat diet...etc...I am just plain tired of being fat...has anyone had success on this diet? I am hoping to get rid of my fatty food binges and eat healthy...I have never had luck since I don't like the foods on other diets...I love fruit and on the south beach diet its extremely limited so this just wouldn't work for me at all...my grandmotherinlaw says that this is a great plan...she says its similar to what she has learned in her TOPS classes. I have finally decided to get fit and do this and I know I'm an emotional eater so I do need to take control of my eating habits...I've read alot of good reviews and was wondering what other dieters have thought of this diet? I see that some people are currently on this diet so maybe we could keep in touch and keep each other motivated
