Hi All, I'm on day 3 of the rapid start propgram. I've tried a few other programs ( ok, most of them) and am hoping to have some success with making this lifestyle change. So far so good. What I find hardest is the evenings when I want to snack. I try busying myself with other activities like the book suggests, but I guess sometimes you just really want a snack. Do you guys have any OP suggestions?
